The Bitfinex Pay Merchant Dashboard is an internal tool designed to provide our Merchants with powerful reports and features to manage their Merchant crypto gateway.

Features

  • Addition of a button in the Bitfinex Pay Landing Page to access the Merchant Dashboard
  • Addition of Dashboard – Main page:
    • Stats – Merchants can see their metrics regarding Gross Volume in USD, number of Successful Payments and Expired Payments in different timeframes.
    • News – Last 4 Bitfinex Pay related articles are will be visible
      • Addition of button “see more” where Merchants can check past Bitfinex Pay related articles
  • Addition of Wallets:
    • Merchants will find all the Bitfinex Pay compatible wallets and their balance
    • Addition of total balance in USD
    • Addition of a button to withdraw, which will take the Merchant to the Bitfinex main platform to complete withdrawals
    • Addition of a feature to allow Merchants to generate and address and see the corresponding QR code
    • Addition of the feature “Auto-convert” which Merchants can use to automatically convert all payments received in one token to another
  • Addition of Invoices:
    • Merchants will find all their invoices created, including their status and details
    • Addition of a feature to “Mark as complete” any created invoice to match it with a unlinked deposit
    • Addition of a feature to “Mark as expired” any created invoice
    • Addition of a feature to copy the invoice URL or open it in a new browser tab
    • Addition of a feature to see the QR code of the invoice
    • Addition of a feature “Create invoice” to manually create an invoice
    • Addition of filters for crypto and status
    • Addition of a search bar to search by Invoice ID and/or order ID
  • Addition of a button for Reports: Links to the main Bitfinex platform reporting tool
  • Addition of a button for Knowledge Base: Links to the main Bitfinex Pay Knowledge base page and all its related support articles
  • Addition of a button for Support
  • Addition of a button to Logout
  • Addition of a button to go to the main Bitfinex platform
