Bitfinex Pay Merchant Dashboard – Release V0.4

The Bitfinex Pay Merchant Dashboard is an internal tool designed to provide our Merchants with powerful reports and features to manage their Merchant crypto gateway.

Merchant Dashboard

Features:

  • A white label feature has been added to the Dashboard. It can be found in Settings -> Invoice Customisation. It allows merchants to customise certain aspects of the invoices their customers see when making a payment, including the colour, logo, and payment options
  • Email notifications have been added. This optional tool allows merchants to send automated emails when certain conditions are met.
  • “Invoice History” has been added to “Invoice Details”. This shows all the changes that have happened to an invoice in a chronological order
  • Added a new feature to mark an invoice as refunded for cases where the refund has been completed from outside the Merchant Dashboard
  • Merchants can now set the customer support email or URL they want their customers to contact if there is any issue during the payment process
  • New Fiats added for displaying amounts on the Merchant Dashboard. All of these can also be used to generate invoices with any of them as a base price:

    • CNY – Chinese Yen
    • COP – Colombian Peso
    • HKD – Hong Kong Dollar
    • INR – India Rupees

    • PEN – Peruvian Sol
    • RUB – Russian Ruble
    • TWD – Taiwanese Dollar
    • UYU – Uruguayan Peso
    • VES – Venezuelan Bolivar

Improvements:

  • Filters design has been improved in both the “Invoices” and “Payments” menus
  • A date filter has been added to “Invoice Details” to look for invoices on specific dates
  • In order to provide a cleaner design, the button to generate a QR to a link to a specific invoice has been removed from the Invoice list and is now visible only when clicking on invoice details
  • Invoice details now show the total sum received when more than one payment has been made for one invoice
  • Added a new clear message when there are no results after applying filters
  • The design of the Merchant Feedback modal has been improved
  • The number format has been improved in the Dashboard stats to accommodate larger amounts
  • The copy of the error message shown when trying to generate an invoice outside of the allowed parameters has been updated in the “Invoice Generator”

Fixes:

  • Various fixes and typos have been corrected on the Demo Dashboard
  • Fixed an issue that caused some metrics to not show at the correct times on the Dashboard stats
  • Fixed an issue that caused the “Receiving Wallet” field not to show any data on “Invoice Details”
  • Minor design fixes have been applied to “Latest News”

End Customer Payment Flow

Improvements:

  • Added a button to log out after completing a payment logged in as a Bitfinex user
  • Improved the copy of the button to go back to the main menu after a payment has failed
  • Improved the copy shown on Verifying Payment screen with a more clear reference to the blockchain

Fixes:

  • Amount in crypto is now showing the correct cryptocurrency
