Recent updates and optimisations to the Bitfinex mobile app

We’re pleased to present Version 5.13.0 of the Bitfinex mobile app.

The latest update to the Bitfinex mobile app includes general improvements.

You can also download the latest version of the Bitfinex mobile app from the Android Application Package (APK).

Features

  • Improved the QR Code scanner UI for Login and Fast Pay
  • Improved the lending form in Lite Mode

Trading

  • Updated the Derivatives categories to show in the same order as the web page
  • Fixed the issue of the list showing empty when toggling between the Trading/Derivatives tab when using the currency filter
  • Fixes and improvements for orders in Lite mode 
  • Updated the margin metrics charts

Fast Pay

  • Updated to support PIX format validation locally for SWAPiX support 
  • Updated to show “USDt” label instead of “USDT” in Bitrefill 
  • Fixed the Bitrefill issue where “Available” and “My Wallet” are mismatching 
  • Fixed the issue of the old LN address not being recognised when loading from the image 
  • Updated to display an error notice if Ln-invoice is expired 
  • Updated the Fast Pay configuration UI  
  • Updated the help modal button to show the default button colour 
  • Improved the switch BTC/SAT UI in LN-URL Fast Pay 
  • Updated to not show empty notice in Fast Pay 
  • Fixed the issue of Fast Pay requesting reports for guest users
  • Fixed the issue of the error message “Invoice is not a proper… ” when scanning a valid LN-URL 
  • Addition of an error notice when scanning an invalid QR Code 

Wallet

  • Update to remove RUB from OWNR support fiat list
  • Updated to add the paste icon for the address field on the Withdraw page
  • Updated to add the paste icon for the invoice field when withdrawing with LN-BTC 
  • Updated to add a link for the verify account notice in the on-ramp Deposit page
  • Fixed an issue related to the freeze account feature

Account

  • Updated to hide the OTC service in Lite mode
  • Updated to show the “Share QRCode” instead of “Share Address” when sharing the mobile app

Pulse

  • Fixed the issue of Bitfinex Pulse UI being cut off at the bottom
  • Updated the Bitfinex Pulse post button height when using a larger font
  • Added additional checking when photo access is denied in Android

Maintenance notice and Announcement

  • Updated to remove maintenance title
  • Update to show the “Learn More” link in the maintenance notice
  • Fixed the issue of live update causing the application to crash
  • Fixed an issue related to the display of the maintenance notice
  • Fixed the issue of announcement overlapping with other modals and updates
  • Fixed the issue of announcements not showing when live during maintenance

Others

  • Fixed the issue of Lending showing fiat currency with two decimal digits 
  • Fixed the issue of Earning list in Lite Mode not being affected when changing the time frame
  • Updated translations for Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and Portuguese, as well as traditional and simplified Chinese
