Bitfinex Pay – Release V0.6.2

The Bitfinex Pay Merchant Dashboard is an internal tool designed to provide our Merchants with powerful reports and features to manage their Merchant crypto gateway.

Merchant Dashboard

Improvements

  • The Payments menu has been completely redesigned and improved, now displaying all previous payments instead of only within a 7-day maximum timeframe. Additionally, we have added a new menu, “Unlinked Payments”, where any payments that have not been automatically linked to invoices will be listed.
  • Invoice Details have been redesigned, with tabs added for different payment data and options.
  • The invoice customisation menu has been redesigned to better group the available options.
  • A quick 4-step tutorial has been added to the POS menu.
  • Several copy improvements have been made to provide information related to the latest new features added in previous versions.
  • Design improvements have been applied to the Settings menu.
  • Copy improvements have been made to the checkout creation modal in the Point of Sale menu.
  • The copy in the Merchant sub-account selection modal has been improved.
  • The field “Channel” has been added to the Invoice Details menu, indicating whether the invoice was created through eCommerce or Point of Sale (POS).
  • The decimal points logic has been improved based on whether crypto or FIAT is shown in the Auto-Convert menu.
  • The “Open Invoice” button for POS (Point of Sale) invoices has been removed from the Invoice Details menu.
  • POS (Point of Sale) Checkouts now require unique names when created.
  • POS (Point of Sale) invoices now display the checkout they were created within the Invoice Details menu.
  • A Download button has been added to the QR code displayed on the pairing menu in the POS menu.
  • The refund success notification has been improved after completing a refund.
  • The link to the deposit/ledger ID has been temporarily removed from the Invoice Details menu.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue showing NaN as a value for the exchange rate in the Auto-Convert history menu

POS Web app

Improvements

  • Improved the pairing code login flow, now offering QR code scanning or manual code input.
  • Pairing code input no longer accepts special characters and is now limited to a maximum of 10 characters.
  • Enhanced error message display when encountering issues reading a QR code for checkout pairing.
  • Added an error message when attempting to print the receipt of the last payment, but there are no previous payments available for printing.

Improvements

  • POS (Point of Sale) is now visible in the demo Dashboard to showcase how it works
