Recent updates and optimizations to the Bitfinex mobile app

We are pleased to present Version 3.24.0 of the Bitfinex mobile app.

The latest update to the Bitfinex mobile app includes the introduction of mobile support for Bitrefill, enabling our customers to browse its catalog of digital gift cards and shop securely on the go!

Features

  • Support for Bitrefill enabling our customers to shop and pay for a variety of services using Bitcoin via the Lightning Network
  • Integration of Bitrefill’s catalog enabling our customers to shop using its international catalog of more than 2,000 digital gift cards

Improvements

  • Support for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to confirm payments on Bitrefill, either via One-Time Password (OTP) applications such as Google Authenticator and Authy, or by entering the user’s PIN code.

The above changes have been suggested to us by our active user base.
